I am new to TMS320C6747 can anyone help me out where can I found the example code for this part number in non-RTOS examples(general examples). If any links please provide for downloading the required drivers.

Processor SDK RTOS is the current supported software offering from TI. It can be downloaded at the following link.

Within PRSDK, you'll find drivers, demos, and examples including a bare-metal GPIO led blinking example (you will need to remove the USE_BIOS define). The examples are makefile based but can be converted into CCS projects using the pdkProjectCreate script inside the pdk folder - please see the following link for guidance on this.
