Hello,
I'm wondering how it possible to route the serial rapid IO differential lines for a long distance in the FR4 material PCB? since it's high frequency line 2.5GHZ (5gbps).

Snir

Snir,
Please refer to the KeyStone II Architecture Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) User's Guide (SPRUHO3A) available at the link below for general guidance. What do you refer to as 'long distance'? SRIO is intended for board-to-board operation across a backplane so it is able to be routed over significant distance - up to 40 inches under ideal conditions. Of course, connector type and quality and PCB material and stack-up all significantly affect the signal loss. Final validation will require robust 3D analysis of the PCB routing.
