Tconf locks up

Opened uartSample.tcf from PSP UART example.  Clicked + to open Scheduling, HWI, ECM.  Click on any ECM EVENT, the properties are displayed.  After a few moments TConf locks up and must be terminated.

    What version of BIOS are you using?   This sounds like the following issue:

    SDOCM00066020    gconf hangs when opening Scheduling->Hwi->EventCombiner->EVENT0 object

    which was resolved in 5.41.03.17.
