We are using DM368 in our design. In backend we are interfacing ADV7125 DAC to convert RGB565/RGB888 to VGA (XGA @60 Hz)
My queries are:
1. When we are using RGB888 with external clock source, then B2 pin will be lost. If we left the B2 then what will be the effect on output video? for RGB888 any other clocking or muxing options?
2. If muxing for RGB565 mode is there any effect on other pins or signals?
Hi Vikas,
DM36x devices are not recommended for new designs (NRND) and will have very limited support from TI. I can suggest you to check DM36x documentation regarding pinmux options.
