TMDSLCDK138: EVM kit defective

Part Number: TMDSLCDK138

I am Mr. Wang from Tesient Instrument. We bought this EVM from Mouser China, but it seems something wrong with the kit, we could not run it properly, test shown the NAND(U18) is defective, then we do not know how to proceed, please advise.

I've consulted our design team for the return policies. In the mean time, have you contacted Mouser China (the distributor of the board) with this question about their return policy?

Yordan's response was correct, since you have bought this from Mouser China, we recommend you talk to them about the return policy

I will ask my colleague to do a sanity check on the failure message you are seeing to confirm there are no other issues with your usage.

Can you please confirm what software / examples you are using to test the NAND on the board.
