I want to learn ipc_notify and ipc_messageQ. Where are basic demo? How to build basic demo？I have found ipc under pdk/packages/ti/transport/ipc and there is an independent ipc folder. What's the difference? I am not understand.

I suggest you read the whole document, not just the IPC part, so you get familiar with the SDK, how to build it, how to build/run the examples and so on.
