i got a power supply issue of TMS320C6416.I was not able to get the powersupply to ICs so i have changed the ICs .Now i am getting the powersupply but it is getting off and on itself.i am observing this issue by looking at LEDs on the board.So what may be the issue ? i need solution for this becuase i am having only one board.
