But I can not find Proocessor SDK Linux v4.1 site. Where is the site?

The Processor SDK documentation transitioned from the wiki to the site you showed above starting with the 4.03 release you mentioned. All the prior documentation was on the wiki. Is there specific information you're missing? In general, the documentation from 4.03 should be applicable to 4.01.
