I am currently developing an application on the AM6548 EVM ICSSG that uses the EMAC Switch. To accomplish my aim I would need to configure the switch to cut through forward packets to the other port aswell as forwarding them to host, like shown in the Diagram below.
According to the ICSS EMAC Documentation this was possible for the 100 M/Bit Version. However currently I cant find any suitable API in the EMAC_IOCTL in Emac version 5 to configure forwarding for the Switch. In the EMAC LLD Documentation EMAC_IOCTL_CUT_THROUGH_CTRL is marked as TBD.
Is the feature currently implemented at all for ICSSG use case?
If yes how do you configure forwarding rules?
