What is the difference in the following Davinci p/n's?

TMS320DM6467CZUT

TMS320DM6467ZUT

I couldn't tell explicitly from the datasheet.  Are these parts different temp ranges?

    Look at "Section 1.2 Revision Identification" on Page 6 in DM6467 Silicon Errata (http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/sprz251g) for more details.

    TMS320DM6467ZUT - Shows Silicon Revision 1.1

    TMS320DM6467CZUT - Shows Silicon Revision 3.0

    Some bugs are fixed from Rev1.1 to Rev3.0.

    Look at Sections 2 and 3 for more details on differences between Silicon Revisions 1.1 and 3.0
