I would like to cross compile the point cloud library onto arm linux (am5728 ram:2G rom:8G). Will am5728 have enough resources? If it is enough? How do i compile to am5728, is there any resource available? Thank you!

Hi, PCL version 1.8.0 is integrated in Processor SDK Linux filesystem. You can look into to Yocto recipe for PLC build for Sitara processor. To learn more about Processor SDK build using Yocto, you can follow below link -

Hi Manisha,
I can see the compiled PCL library in the tisdk-rootfs-image-am57xx-evm.tar.xz file system.
How do I migrate to my single board? Also in the software_ manifest of the am5728,
it is mentioned that the location of the PCL is: pcl_1.8.0-r0.0_armv7at2hf-neon.ipk,
which is the file for the compiled PCL library? Where can the file be downloaded, thank you!
Regards,
emily
