Busybox source code is part MV source CD. Alternatively, you can download source iso from MVZONE (assuming you have MV License available thru one of our DVSPB software bundles)

Busybox is already in the Monta Vista filesystem in use by the DM355 you can find the packages for it within /opt/mv_pro_4.0.1/montavista/pro/devkit/arm/v5t_le/packages/pro/ however I do not think busybox is really what you are looking for, but rather something like mplayer which would have to be ported to the DM355. Alternatively you could look at the interface demo to see how it implements this functionality.
