No single example will initialize all peripherals.

Processor SDK Vision(aka Vision SDK) are multiple use cases that you can use with SBL (i.e. secondary bootloader): PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_07_00_00\vision_sdk\apps\src\rtos\usecases

For individual peripherals you can also look at PDK examples here:

You cannot create a CCS project for Vision SDK.

I would suggest you to go through Vision SDK Training series:
