Processor recommendation

I have a customer who used to design with our TNETV solutions.  They are looking for alternatives with the following requirements:

• Sufficient processing power to support 2 FXS port
• 2x Integrated Ethernet MAC and Phys
• TDM / SPI interface to SLIC IC
• DDR interface to single chip
• PCB layout escape pattern to 4 layer PCB design
• Less power supply rails as possible (to reduce cost of post regulation)

Do we have anything that can meet this need?
