AM3358: PWM pins availability

Hi,

We are using beaglebone black revision c eathernet for the implementation of our industrial project and are faced with the difficulty of availability of only 7 PWM pins as the requirement is of certain more.We are trying to convert the GPIO pins to function as PWM but havent found any success.

So please help us in that regard.

Hi,

Am335x devices have up to 6 eHRPWM outputs that can be pinned out. GPIO pins cannot be used for PWM as you will not be able to reach reasonable timings.

In TivaC series we can perform analog write and we want to execute the same on GPIO pins of beagle bone black.

So can we do it and how?

I do not understand what you mean by "analog write". There is no such functionality in Sitara devices.
