DSP/BIOS Configuration file hangs

Hi,

I am using CCS4 with bios version bios_5_41_02_14. Whenever I open any project with DSP/BIOS and try to go to Scheduling-> HWI -> ECM - Event Combiner Manager  the opened configuration file(.tcf) hangs. What could be the reason for this?
