Someone will be reviewing the request and approving the sale and provide you an orderable link. 

Given it is a new system, it may take some time.

Please do let me know if you do not see this moving as expected.

It would be good to confirm the specifics on the end customer in the request.

   OK, I see. There is another question for this case.  By the purchase link you provided. The chips in the TCIEVMK2X EVM, The description is different as below. We need the chip is TCI6638K2K.

So , What kind of chip  exactly is included in this EVM? thanks.

Mukul is OoO. Usually the evms use "supersets", so it should have the K2K functionalities, but let me check this one internally.
