PROCESSOR-SDK-AM437X: PRP application fails to start

Good day.

1. Created under Windows 7 64 bit

projectCreate.bat AM437x arm prp_app

The project has been successfully created. Used all installation paths by default.

2. Patched([INSTALL-DIR]/protocols/pdk_patches/[PDK-version] ).The project at CCS was successful.

4.Took MLO from the folder (C:\ti\processor_sdk_rtos_am437x_4_02_00_09\prebuilt-sdcards\evmAM437x\sd_card_files)

Took app (C:\ti\PRU-ICSS-HSR-PRP-DAN_01.00.04.02\protocols\hsr_prp\projects\prp_app_AM437x_arm\AM437x_release)

Recorded app & MLO on SD

5. Set the SD to the slot on the IDK board. Connected the console. And I saw the following.

Two U2 LEDs on the board light up.

What did I do wrong?

Or didn’t I finish it?

What else should I try to do?

Do you mean it's successful to build the project or you can load and run the project without problem?

Hi Dima,

You can try to run the .out file from CCS first to see if it works.

Make sure you use the correct PRSDK version 4.3 as requried for the HSR/PRP v1.0.4.2.
