How to change the encode decode example .cfg

Hi,

I want to be able to compress each individual frame using the JPEG compressor, how do I go about changing the cfg file to do this, is it as simple as changing MPEG4 to JPEG?

Also with JPEG Compression do I have to use the image 1.0 encoder rather then the video 1.0 encoder?
