Reference framework for multichannel applications on c6211

  Hi.

  I'm working on a project of multichannel speech encoding,it may be up to 100 channels per single dsp core c6211.I think reference framework such as rf5 will be helpful, but I found the pubulication date of rf5 is as early as 2003 . It's pretty old and I couldn't found software about rf5. Is there any newer framework I should use?
