I have a requirement of interface one LCD and One FPGA. am planning to us AM1806 ARM. Is it possible to connect LCD and FPGA ( Via uPP) simultaneously ?

Arun,

Yes, it is possible to use uPP and LCD together. However, you will be restricted to using uPP in 1-channel mode. The uPP peripheral has two independent channels, A and B. Channel B uses the same pins as the LCD controller, so you will only be able to use Channel A.
