TDA2SX: vpe encode need delay

when my  app main  create in ipu2，i  create vpe ,then  create encode  ,  in late atttach，i find  need  delay 300ms  ，if not，app will fail，why? but  app main  create  in  a15,this will not happen,how can i  do app in ipu2 main app.
