We provided the Linux and RTOS SDK releases to our customer and they had the following questions:
1. In the old SDK 5 the customer found the DSP/HWA compilers directly as part of the filesystem. In the new SDK 6, which was downloaded, these are missing and not part of the filesystem.
Questions:
1. Are those compilers added through a layer when building the Yocto filesystem or are they part of a future release of the SDKs?
2. Currently, the customer is using the ti-cgt-c7000_1.0.0 to compile code for the C7x DSP. Is this the most current version?
Finally,
In the old SDK 5 there were TI Compilers for the Arm M and R CPUs. They are also missing in the SDK 6. Are they replaced by standard ARM compiler?
