DM3730: IBIS model issue CUS package

HI everybody ,

I m on DM3730 in CUS package using external LPDDR so doing signal integrity study .

in the IBIS model I have issues , since two L & C values are negative and simulator cannot accept .

could you kindly help to solve this issue ?

thank you but they are on Hyperlynx simulator and it does not work . could you help ?

Support on these devices is extremely limited and I have no ability to investigate further.

It is a combination of two issues:

The active feedback I/O cell in the DM3730 SDRC interface is not easily modeled in IBIS, which forced us to do things a bit out of the ordinary (e.g. negative values).
The specific tool you're using cannot handle those values.

We have no plans to change the model, so your available avenues are to work with your existing simulation vendor or perhaps consider alternate vendors.
