AM3352: Junction temperature

HI everybody ,

in table 5.3 of the manual I can see POH Numbers , I can see "Junction temperature " in the table : could you confirm is the right one and NOT ambient temp ?

about Junction temp , if it is industrial ( - 40 + 90 ) it means I cannot go with design over 90 degrees junction temp when device is working ? if extended no more than +105 ? coudl you confirm ?

This is correct.

Also, please note that section 5.8 of the datasheet has additional details about thermal information for the device.

in one case on a device rated +90 degrees it coudl happen in field to get up to 105 degree junction for limited time ( as per my simulation based on section 5.8 ) : how should I handle this ?

can I consider still live on a 90 degrees or I must use a 105 rated device ?

as my understanding I should mount a 105 degrees .

what do you reccomend ?
