I am going to porting a java vm on dm355.

Does anyone knows about it ?

Is there any open source project on this issue ?

And , Can you recommend some commercial virtual machine solutions ?

I assume you mean Java VM, as opposed to PC VM software such as VMware; if so, I do not know of any commercial JVM that has been ported to DM355; if you simply do not have the bandwidth to do the port yourself, you can contact a third party such as RidgeRun that has experience developig/porting Linux software to our DaVinci and OMAP platforms.
