Looks like the display PCB is not sitting properly onto the Extension board.

You will need to double check all the bolts/screws/fasteners are tighten/fastened hard enough, to make proper contact between main board, daughter board and LCD board.

Check also if that SD card is proper, check your UART console for errors/warnings. You can also create your own SD card and test it. You can create with EZSDK/bin/mksdboot.sh script.

Before writing to you, we have done all this excise, we need your immediate suggestion on this or you have to replace this very immediately, as i said in my earlier mail, our production is getting hit very badly.

As we said in our first e-mail, if we press & put some additional pressure on display, this is working fine, if we lift the pressure this will go to offline/error mode.
