We're looking for the debugger that can work with CCS V9 and TMS320C5517 and TMS320C5505.
Can you please confirm if any of the debuggers listed here work?

If the intent is to use CCSv9, then please use XDS100 or XDS110 or XDS200 emulator for the debug. XDS510 support has been dropped from CCSv9. You can locate the supported development tools information available here:
