AM3358: RMII reference clock

Hi,

The customer want to directly provide RMII REFCLK 50Mhz to lan8720, so that he don't need an external oscillator to lan8720. Could it be implemented?

Hi,

No, AM335x devices cannot provide a 50MHz reference clock for RMII. See the note in section 6.2.4 of the AM335x Datasheet Rev. K. Besides, the RMII_REFCLK signal is an input on AM335x devices.
