junction temeperature of TMS320DM365ZCED30

Sorry, we only have the case  temperature spec but not the junction temperature spec for the DM365. I am checking with the product engineer group to see we have such spec. I will let you know.

Here is what I got from our product group. The maximum junction temperature is typically 105c.  The customer needs to control for maximum case temperature per datasheet. But for reliability, junction must remain below 105c.
