Hi,
My customer is using the following components from ProcSDK RTOS.
Hi,
I think you are correct, all of these are public licenses and the sources can be used freely.
Best Regards,
Yordan
Hi Naoki,
Just in case I've looped someone more familiar with licensing stuff, so they can confirm/elaborate.
Best Regards,
Yordan
Naoki,
All the license info has been provided in the software manifest document. There is nothing more I want to add here but please suggest customer read this document.
best regards,
David Zhou
Hello David,
I've already suggested the customer to read the manifests well, but unfortunately, they could not understand the point i mentioned in the previous post. That is whether they have to insert some statements in the user guide of their final product (Some kind of Audio product) or not. I believe they don't have to do so because i've never heard about such thing from our customers using TI's software components from the Processor SDK RTOS. If you know the quick answer to their question, please let us know.
Best Regards,
NK
Naoki,
I have no further comment because I am not familiar with customer's end use case.
Please ask customer to check with their legal department on how they should proceed.
Best regards,
David Zhou
