Hello,

I try to run the Demonstrating DDR-less EtherCAT Slave on AMIC110 on my TMDSICE3359 demo board. In a step, gmake clean command is used but I have received error such an "gmake" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Can you give any advise or solution offer about the this error?

Hi,

Have you tried to run pdksetenv.bat from PRSDK?

gmake is from xdctools_3_5x_...and you may miss the path in your environment.

I am following the same steps which is shown in the Demonstrating DDR-less EtherCAT Slave on AMIC110 video. After the PDK patch is applied, the PDK needs to be cleaned and rebuilt to generate the thumb mode LLD libraries. To do this, navigate to the PDK packages directory, and run gmake clean. So, I tried all clean pdk from Command Window. Actually I did not use the PRSDK. There is a .bat file called pdksetupenv.bat, instead of pdksetenv.bat as you said.

There are two xdctools versions under C:\ti folder which are 3_51_01_18 and 3_60_01_27. I dont know why there are two version xdcs here.

XDC tool version written in the ProjectCreate.bat file is 3.51.1.18_core.

pdk_am335x_1_0_15 and both two xdctools files are under the C:\ti folder.

I meant pdksetupenv.bat from PDK. Sorry I was a bit rush to update the thread from an airport.

Not sure where the 3_60_01_27 is from. The latest xdc from PRSDK is 3_51_x.

The EtherCAT slave v1.7.2 was tested against PRSDK v5.1 with PDK v1.0.12, and haven't been verified with the PRSDK v6.x with PDK v1.0.15. You may try to revert to the same PRSDK version as described in the user guide -
