PCB layout for the DM355

This certainly is possible, the first resource I can recommend is the EVM gerbers, the latest version of the DM355 EVM (rev D) is using the ZCE .65mm package, you can download the PDF gerbers here, or the cad format here.

There are additional design files for use as examples we have internally, though they are not publicly linked so if a customer wants to obtain them feel free to contact support.ti.com.

The DM355 can be routed with 16 mil vias and 8 mil drills and 4 mil traces.  The layout file showing this is at:

You may want to try posting the file up with a small article on http://wiki.davincidsp.com/index.php?title=Main_Page, that is an easier way of getting it out there without having to deal with people emailing you for it. Since these are to be public like this, I can put up a Wiki article if you would prefer.
