(D3) TI TDA3x RVP use FPD-Link III output instead of HDMI

Hello,

My predecessor has used the (D3) TI TDA3x RVP with HDMI output. however, for another application, we need the FPD link 3 output of the system. How can I change this?
Also, I'm currently very surprised that the DS90UB925Q-Q1 Serializer delivers a pixel clock of about 150MHz although 85MHz are maximum. Can I configure the Pixel Clock?

Hi Brijesh,

yes, the LVDS output is directly connected to the the TI DS90UB925Q-Q15 to 85 MHz 24-BitColor FPD-LinkIII Serializer on the board.

Also installed: DS90UB964-Q1Quad FPD-Link III Deserializer Hub

We do have PDK driver for this serializer, but it is not validated on D3-EVM. It is validated on EVM.

You could find the driver in ti_components\drivers\pdk\packages\ti\drv\vps\src\devices\ds90uh925\src\

Hi Brijesh,

If its not validated on the D3-RVP can i use this ? Also i want to know how to use it. Its not clearly described in the datasheets.
