Do you have LPDDR4 Validation results?

We are making TDA4M PCB Bring-up.

I have a question.
Did you proceed with the validation of LPDDR4?
If you have a result, share it. The LPDDR4 we used is the same part as your EVM..

If you haven't already, let me know if you have a plan.

And will you provide DDR passzone Test Tool?
It is necessary for the reliability test.
If you have a plan, let me know.

We have validated LPDDR4 on the EVM. This has been validated using the Linux and U-boot memory tests. I am not quite sure what you mean by "passzone Test Tool", Can you please elaborate or share the link to a tool which you have used in the past for the passzone test?

--> We also want to do a DDR vaildation test. Tell us how you tested on u-boot and we'll test it that way too

Hi Kyungtae,

You would need to make a modification in the u-boot j721e_evm_a72_defconfig file to add the following lines:

CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_START=0x80000000

CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_END=0x90000000

CONFIG_CMD_MEMTEST=y

In addition, you can enable a more rigorous, memory tester in the kernel. More details can be found here:
