AM5708: IBIS model of AM5708 doesn't load into Altium Designer 19.1.8

Hi,

When I try to load IBIS model from TI site Altium Designer 19.1.8 informed about error and doesn't load this file.

What should I do? Maybe it's incompatible version IBIS file and Altium Designer?
