DM368 IPNC -MT5 ver 2.0 through WAN (Not LAN) can not display the video.

Dear Sir,

We encountered the problem as the subject : DM368 IPNC -MT5 ver 2.0 through WAN (Not LAN) can not display the video.

After verified using the VLC and IE browser to check and find VLC can show the video display but IE ( can see the  GUI but can not see the video) can not display it

Check the IP packets in the RTSP and found GODB GUI get the wrong IP address so it can not display.The test environment had closed the Firewall and anti-virus.
 
This issue need GODB to check and also need your help to response it to GODB verify ASAP. Thanks.

    Hello,

    There was a problem in the application code. We are fixing this issue and it will be part of IPNC ver 2.5 release. This release should be available early next month.
