Our customer has a question about compiler in AM437x.
Background
In the software, after we changed from TI compiler to Linaro GCC compiler, drawing performance became half of TI compiler. Therefore, we are researching on the reason.
In the benchmark evaluation, we compared Linaro GCC with TI compiler and we learned computing performance of short type is worse at Linaro GCC.
The environment is as below
