RAMDAC or similar to TIC34076 Video Interface Palette

Hi Guys, I'm sorry if I'm posting this message in the wrong area.

Our project needs a RAMDAC to read video memory from a external ram buffer to a VGA monitor. I know the TI C34076 is obsolete now but is there anything else we can use from TI?

We just need a chip that will display data from external ram at a resolution of 1024x768 by 24bit colour 8-8-8 or 16bit colour 5-6-5. Oh and to be LQFP and NOT BGA.

I don't want to generate the signal in software using a micro controller if I don't have to, I would rather hardware to take care of it.
