I USE XDS110,but now it is bad,i find hte part is very heat,i think this ic is bad.i want buy this ic to replace it.but i don't know the full style,this ic silkscreen is "QSAJ J6D",please tell me the full style.thank

Which board is this? Check the evm schematics.

Unfortunately it seems that TMDSEMU110-U design files (schematics, BOM and so on) are not public, see:

and I cannot discuss them on the forum.
