Yes, all the voltage requirements must be met before configuring the PLL frequency.

Where can I find voltage requirements?

I need formula:

PLL_Voltage(pre_div, mult, post_div) = ?

Hi,

If the core supply is 1.2V, you can operate the device up to 270Mhz.

If the core supply is 1.35V, you can operate the device up to 300Mhz.

Please refer to section 3.3.6 of the data sheet (SPRS457D) for more.
