[TDA4-UDMA] fail to use udma do DDR transfer data to C71X& C66x L2.

Hello there,

Currently we change the destination buffer to L2 in demo "udma_memcpy_test" and run the DDR->L2 data transfer via udma both in C66 & C71. But L2 can't received DDR's data. Could you please help us figure it out!

According to the comment in question: ://e2e.ti.com/support/j721e/f/1026/t/865465, For C66x'1 L2 can using UDMA do DDR data transfer to L2 now! Could you please provide the details of C71X.
