TDA2EVM5777: LVDS Camera not detecting

Hello all,

I am currently working on TDA2xx. I need to capture the video frames from 4 LVDS cameras. Cameras are connected to TDA2xx through SAT0089 E3 daughter board. But I am not able to detect the cameras as no load is being shown on any of the core even if I am running the inbuilt usecase of multicamera sgx display, given by TI, on the screen and also screen is black. Is there any utility to test the camera interface is working or not?

If any please suggest as it will be of great help to solve the issue.

PS: Issue is on both the platforms i.e. SYSBIOS and LINUX.

Please press 'p' on the console and see if capture reports fps correctly.

Hello Brijesh,

Sorry for the delayed response. As I have installed the fresh VSDK version 3.5.

I have run the print statistics option on console in which I have seen that frame drop is occurring in SYNC link when I run 4 CH LVDS GRPX usecase.

Shantanu,

Which means, some other link in the chain, before sync link, is not running in real time. Or may be even capture is not running real time.. so sync is dropping many frames..

Please check complete stats.
