AM6546: Power consumption questions

I am Designing one of my products with the AM6546. I need the Total Power Consumption Data. Also helpful will be a Detail on the use cases and active modules during the Power Consumption test.

Besides if there is a Power Calculator with the user manual to use it then it will also be helpful.

Hi Tauseef,

AM65x in Silicon Rev 1.0 will not be released to production. We have a PET for 1.0 but we are not sharing it since there are changes in Silicon Rev 2.0 that will affect the results. At this time a PET for 2.0 is not available but it is in progress. The expectation is to have it available by Q1 of 2020.

If you can give me the following info I can share an estimate based on PG 1.0. In PG 2.0 the expectation is reduced power on VDD_CORE and VDD_MCU.

# of Cortex-A53 cores used and frequency
Will SGX544 GPU be used
Will Cortex-R5F cores be used
# of ICSSG instances used
# of PCIe lanes used and link speed
