Are more details or example code available for the ddrss bist tests? I want to write all ecc memory but also do bist tests.

Is the BIST engine faster than dma to clear ECC memory regions?

Hi Ryan

We do not have any examples for ECC and BIST. The plan is to have ECC as part of the SDK available in mid-May 2020 and BIST in the SDK for mid-Nov 2020.

I will check on the option of using BIST to clear the ECC memory regions.

The DRU is 3-4x faster than the BIST for priming ECC. We do not recommend using the BIST engine for this purpose.
