real time capture board

yes in the normal case, but in my case i have the ADS8588S EVM and i want to buy A dsp or MCU that cant be interfaced with through that header for real time capturing and the processing must be fast in this case 

Do you use the EVM of this one? I have not found the QTH-030-01-L-D-A header on it, can you give me the link?

By the way, how fast you want to get? Do you think the MSP430 that the max frequency is 24MHz can meet your condition?

Yes that one its the header which connect the Ads 8588s with the phi controller ...  my application is needed to take 8 analog input signal with 50hz .. and it must be real-time continuously

I am in the MSP430 team for MSP430 we don't have the demo board with QTH-030-01-L-D-A header. But for 50HZ frequency 8 analog signal capture I think it is no problem with MSP430 devices. Do you have any complex data processing in your code?

Sorry  I didn't understand your question, what do you mean by complex data ?  

I mean will you do some complicated operation with the ADC results? I just want to conform if the MSP430 can deal with your code within 50Hz.

Yes i will do DFT ( discrete fourier transform )on them

Do you care the power consumption? If so, I will recommend you MSP430FR5994 that have LEA module that can support DFT faster than Cortex-m0 with much lower power consumption. Thanks 

Power consumption is not important to me  i just need it to be very fast to handle the 8 simuintansly analog input and operate on them + what about the adc how can i connected to it ?

I am afraid you need to make a PCB by yourself or use free lines to connect every signals manually. Or you can find the hardware Precision Host Interface (PHI) Board (I have searched on the web but no results)
