Can you share the EMIF tool spreadsheet created for TMDXIDK5718??. We can use it for comparing with custom board fill up in case issue arise while bring up DDR3L.

I tried downloading the file zip , which was blank. So, I downloaded EMIF tool from http://www.ti.com/tool/SITARA-DDR-CONFIG-TOOL for AM57x.
After loading AM571x & DDR666MHz on the README tab I go the list of registers to be updated for board.
But the register values generated by the tool is different from what is there in GEL file .
1. Why this difference??

2. Is this correct with respect to AM5718 EVM?? i will also cross check with *.brd file.
3. Also output impedance while loading AM571x config was shown as 34Ohms. Do I need to change 
it??
After deriving values from the board file of AM5718 EVM I get the attached values. How to verify?? the register values are different too
