AM4376: VSYNC transition on HSYNC rising edge

Currently using AM437x DSS in bypass mode.  Scope captures show VSYNC transitioning on the falling edge of HSYNC.  The display I'm using calls for VSYNC to transition on the rising-edge of HSYNC.

Is this programmable?  I can't find anything in the TRM that shows the ability to change when VSYNC fires wrt HSYNC.
