Hi all,

Can I connect GMSL camera in J7-EVM board ? Have you verified GMSL camera in the EVM board ?

How should be the connection with the J7-EVM board ?

GMSL cameras require a GLSL deserializer.

TI SDKs have support only for TI SerDes (UB960 <-> UB953). Customers can modify the SDK to support GMSL SerDes.

Gokul,

The interface to Jacinto EVM is through Samtec MIPI connector. This is how Fusion board connects to Jacinto 7. FPDLink cameras connect to Fusion board through FAKRA coax cables.

I am not familiar with GMSL. Please contact Maxim or your camera module vendor.
