Microsoft Confirms ARM Support for Windows

I just saw this video and thought I should share with this group because Microsoft is investigating ARM-based systems from TI. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Windows-8-ARM-TI-SoC-x86,11919.html

  • that was an intersting move on their part; but I wonder if they are doing this out of despare (have to, otherwise will loose next generation...);

    TI has several new top of the line arm CPUs that can run windows CE(for example).

    But on the Windows CE; they didn't go that great. So let's see what they do on this new push for desktop.

    The one thing they do have going for them; is that; no one has come close to their Office products on desktop. that is why they still have time to catch up!
